Description
Hotel Pitrizza is seeking its next Receptionist to join our Front Office team. This role will report directly to the Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding fundamental personal safety and hygiene regulations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order within the reception and lobby areas. The Receptionist will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, provide local information, and assist with various administrative tasks, all while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Les missions
- Monitor daily arrivals and departures.
- Maintain updated booking and occupancy schedules.
- Process all bookings (telephone, email) promptly within 24 hours.
- Prepare for guest arrivals (e.g., printing registration cards, organizing group folders).
- Check in guests according to Hotel Pitrizza's established procedures.
- Provide 5-star hospitality in line with Hotel Pitrizza's standards and the expectations of a luxury hotel.
- Comply with credit guarantee procedures (e.g., credit card authorization, deposits).
- Organize and process guest departures (billing, room release) according to Hotel Pitrizza's procedures.
- Enforce guest safe procedures.
- Perform all administrative tasks as per the daily shift checklist.
