About the role
Description
The E-commerce Operations Executive will play a key role in the KR eCommerce department and support the Assistant Operations Manager in improving operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the Retail/Boutiques team, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Client Service Center, Finance, 3PLs, and payment service providers.
Les missions
- Manage daily warehouse inbound/outbound operations and ensure efficient order processing through OMS.
- Partner closely with the Retail and Boutique Operations teams to support the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from omni-channel services, such as Longtail, Order from Store, and Pick-up at Store.
- Handle day-to-day customer service and repair operations in coordination with the Client Service Center and Quality Assurance team.
- Act as the key contact point for customer inquiries related to care and repair services.
- Coordinate stock movements and manage defect and claim processes by ensuring consistency between the WMS and ERP systems.
- Monitor payment gateway performance and service levels to ensure a smooth customer payment experience.
- Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs, stock availability, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data across various operational areas, including payments, inbound logistics, stock levels, returns, damages, delivery performance, and customer feedback, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
