Description
Lead Dior's global digital acquisition strategy, driving qualified traffic, media effectiveness, and measurement excellence across markets.
The role is responsible for defining the strategic direction, governance, and best practices across paid media, traffic acquisition, attribution, and performance measurement, ensuring regions are equipped to deliver sustainable growth while adapting to an evolving digital ecosystem.
Operating at the intersection of media, measurement, and consumer behaviour, the role partners closely with regional teams to optimise performance, identify growth opportunities, and elevate acquisition maturity across the organisation.
Les missions
1. Global Acquisition Strategy & Performance (35%)
- Define and evolve Dior's global digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition channels
- Establish acquisition priorities, frameworks, and performance objectives aligned with business goals
- Partner with regional teams to drive traffic growth, efficiency, and acquisition performance
- Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition effectiveness across markets
2. Paid Media Excellence (25%)
- Define global best practices, governance, and operating models across paid search and mid-to-lower funnel paid social
- Partner with regions and agencies to improve campaign effectiveness, audience strategies, bidding approaches, and media efficiency
- Support the adoption of new media capabilities, platform features, and acquisition opportunities
- Ensure consistency of approach while allowing for regional flexibility and market-specific needs
3. Measurement & Attribution (25%)
- Own the global measurement and attribution framework for digital acquisition activities
- Define standards and best practices across reporting, attribution, incrementality, and performance evaluation
- Partner with regional teams to improve measurement maturity and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in traffic quality, acquisition efficiency, and performance visibility
4. Traffic Intelligence & Growth Insights (10%)
- Monitor acquisition trends, traffic evolution, channel dynamics, and emerging consumer behaviours
- Identify opportunities and risks impacting digital traffic and acquisition performance
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for regional and global teams
5. Capability Building & Regional Enablement (5%)
- Support the development of acquisition capabilities across regional teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and cross-market collaboration
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of acquisition expertise across the organisation
