About the role
Description
The Planning Specialist is responsible for consolidating collection and core product planning into a single production demand for a dedicated Manufacturing Hub and translating it into an effective production schedule.
The role focuses on capacity optimization and workforce saturation, ensuring that manufacturing resources are fully and efficiently utilized, independently from product typology (collections or permanent products). The Planning Specialist acts as a key operational bridge between central planning inputs and manufacturing execution.
Les missions

- Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity
- Prioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiency
- Continuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraints
- Act as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production pole
- Work closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distribution
- Support the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks, and production bottlenecks
- Ensure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production progress versus plan and identify deviations or risks
- Propose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure production continuity and delivery targets
- Track key planning and execution KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization
- Contribute to the improvement of planning and scheduling processes, with a focus on production pole-level execution
- Support the development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven scheduling
