We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Casablanca.
As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service. In particular, as a Sales Assistant you can:

  • Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times
  • Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
  • Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
  • Problem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client

Profil

WHAT YOU CAN BRING Requirements: Preferred Experience of at least 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques. Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques. University education or a Fashion school degree. English (advanced) is mandatory (other languages are a plus). Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software. Soft & Interpersonal skills: Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take upon different challenges and new responsibilities Positive and kind attitude Team-working attitude Committed, flexible and willing to learn Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison. Working by objectives and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
