Les missions

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Achieve monthly and annually sales target
• Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships with every customer so that everyone receives a consistent and professional service throughout
• Have strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectation
• Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards
• Maintain correspondence with a list of established clients and develop new clients.

Profil

The ideal profile will: Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in retail fashion industry Excellent knowledge and expertise in Men's Fashion Continuously maintain high standards, driven to succeeds and motivated to achieve personal and team goals Have excellent team building and communication skills   Requirements You have at least 3 years' experience in luxury retail in a Menswear Department Commercial mindset is key for you. You are digital savvy. Service and entertainment are important for you to deal with each of your customers. Fluent (spoken and written) in English & Swedish, any other language is a plus Location: Dior Stockholm Boutique Full-time position
