Les missions

Sustainability & CSR Support

• Support the planning and coordination of sustainability and CSR initiatives across the region

• Assist in tracking participation, compiling reports, and preparing presentation materials for sustainability projects

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, employee engagement initiatives, and best practices within the luxury and retail industries

• Support internal communication and awareness campaigns related to sustainability initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for CSR activities and events

• Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and administrative follow-up

Profil

Previous experience in HR, events, sustainability or luxury retail is advantageous Strong project management and execution skills Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts inside and outside the organisation Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, general comfort with digital tools and data
