You will focus heavily on data entry. This is a role that will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process. We plan to cross-train in the future so that you may work in multiple areas. Some duties include:/pulliWill manually enter jobs that come in through the courier/liliCreate tickets in C4C to advise the account (client) if something isnt available or if it isnt going to work within the ticket order./liliWill fix tickets coming back from the lab./liliLooking jobs up to find out the reason for stalls./liliRe-order jobs that were canceled or outsourced./liliWill communicate with lab and customer service about the availability of jobs, and tickets./liliFigure out how to make tickets work and explain to customers what needs to happen./liliManual entry of jobs and entry of jobs that come in from Doctors software systems./li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/ppTo meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United Stated for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Coordinator – Data opportunity, you will have:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliHigh mechanical aptitude./lili1+ years of related work experience in high volume data entry / order taking / admin clerk / multiple and repetitive transaction encoding or info taking./liliBackground in a manufacturing or any fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment./liliExperience working with labs/doctors on availability./liliUnderstanding of frames and lenses./liliThe ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic environment./liliProficient in MS Office Applications; Excel and PowerPoint in particular./liliExcellent organizational abilities and ability to retain information./liliWillingness to learn and be flexible./li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
