Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible./span/pp /ppstrongYour role:/strong/ppAs a Customer Service Executive, you will work with support, advice, assessments, and other customer service matters such as order registration, delivery, and invoice inquiries for our Optician customers. It is very important that our customers feel they are treated in a friendly and professional manner and receive competent support. Since much of the customer contact is via phone, it is crucial that you feel very comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and can handle all types of customers and inquiries./ppWe also hope you truly love lenses and fitting. We are looking for the right candidate for the role – therefore, it is not a requirement to be a licensed optician, but experience from the optical industry is considered a strong advantage./pp /ppstrongMain responsibilities:/strong/pdivpOrder management: Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to guarantee smooth order fulfillment, while proactively resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction./ppProduct information: Provide expert guidance on product ranges, including frames, lenses, and optical solutions. Support customers with detailed information, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and industry best practices./ppDelivery and invoice inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, order status, and invoicing with efficiency and professionalism. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, liaising with relevant departments to provide clear and timely updates./ppOther customer service matters: Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of customer requests, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
