Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide professional, courteous support to our customers in the eyewear industry.

.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
  • Process and track customer orders in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up on customer requests and maintain ongoing communication until completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Support customers and business partners while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Good command of Hebrew and English – mandatory
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience – a significant advantage
