The role will manage company resources efficiently to support production operations and delivers quality service to all departments to help ensure timely delivery of products and overall customer satisfaction./pdivYour responsibilities:/divdivdivpOversees end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and building systems. Manages daily operations by monitoring system performance, conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing energy‑efficiency initiatives. Leads preventive maintenance programs, supervises repairs, manages spare parts inventory, and handles CAPEX processes—from project requirements and bidding to execution and closure./ppProvides strong team leadership by assigning daily tasks, conducting meetings, training technicians, and evaluating staff performance. Ensures full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and proper work‑permit processing while overseeing emergency response readiness./ppManages budgeting and resource allocation, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and service‑level monitoring. Maintains accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment data, costs, warranties, and performance reports. Supports long‑term planning by assessing facility needs, proposing system upgrades, and integrating sustainability practices.
