This leader will partner closely with the Category and Assortment COE teams to set the direction for new products and manage product lifecycles to ensure cohesive storytelling. This leader will also work with store operations and marketing to create tools and training for Field Leaders to drive adoption and execution of brand strategy./ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pululliLead the building and maintenance of sales tools and training required to communicate and differentiate product stories/liliPrice wholesale lens and frame portfolio within existing pricing framework and industry benchmarks./liliServe as the primary point of ownership for franchisee product inquiries, driving structured prioritization, cross-functional resolution, and service excellence./liliPartner with COE teams to define annual Style amp; SKU budgets and assess sku productivity and responsibility for the category life cycle. Develop comprehensive product briefs including product need, target consumer, volume expectations, price, and margin requirements/liliDevelop product competitive analyses via field visits, journals, market feedback and sales data/liliCreate financial models to model growth and growth projections/liliCollaborate with cross functional and marketing team giving product input to marketing assets that communicates product stories./liliPresent product stories, samples, sales tools and training to field teams and franchisees/liliBuild, implement, and refine initiatives to drive franchisee profitability/li/ul/ululliDrive go-to-market execution by working with marketing to drive plans/liliRegularly report on business performance and find creative solutions to drive performance/li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBA/BS in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent/lili3+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Category/Product Management or Wholesale Development/liliStrategic thinking and ability to drive a product line/liliStrong leadership skills to be able to create cross-functional partnerships/liliEffective communicator and presenter with strong leadership skills and experience communicating complex information to multiple individuals/audiences/li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliAdvanced degree from a top-tier institution in a highly analytical field; MBA preferred./liliOptical, Retail, wholesale and sales experience/li/ulpPay Range: 94,795.80  - 150,727.80 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
