Your role
We are looking for a Process Engineer (HMC) who will drive the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to support operational excellence. In this role, you will ensure process compliance, improve productivity and quality, optimize manufacturing costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure production processes comply with Process Control Plans (PCPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company standards through regular process audits.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, capabilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain process monitoring tools to improve process stability, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor equipment and process calibrations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities and support root cause analysis to address process and quality issues.
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and training materials, and conduct process-related training for Production and Maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, optimize consumable usage, and improve process cycle times.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating production trials, end-to-end testing, and process validation for new products.
- Participate in industrialization projects and ensure new manufacturing processes are successfully implemented, documented, and controlled.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, process capability, and manufacturing performance.
- Contribute to departmental planning, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in process engineering or continuous improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing processes, equipment, process control, and quality improvement.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of process control, process capability, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
