Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development and or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing innovative recruitment and development strategies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Passion for the fashion industry and a deep understanding of the market. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
