Sales Management

• Collaborate with Store Manager to manage Hangzhou Tower Men store, drive the business and maximize sales results
• Set actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team
• Daily monitoring of KPIs and sales results
• Develop data collection and data accuracy
• Proactively advise/propose events to develop business & client database

Team and People Management

• Lead by example in terms of presentation and grooming. Make sure the team is constantly representing the Brand
• Take actions to maintain the Store at Excellence Level (cleaning, facilities, store maintenance...)
• Build team spirit and an atmosphere that encourages performance and initiatives
