Reporting to the Boutique Manager, we are actively looking for Sales Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, The Exchange TRX. He/she will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Les missions

• Develop every sales opportunity that can arise
• Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions
• Perform daily stock take and sales reports
• Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
• Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team
• Promote CRM activities
• Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc

Profil

At least 2 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry Sales and resulted-oriented Excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective High integrity with good ethics and values A team player with a can-do attitude
