As part of the Digital Department, you will play an active role in developing new omnichannel experiences to offer our customers a unique experience, as part of GUERLAIN's business growth and transformation

Les missions

As such, your missions are as follows:

Participate in the management and steering of various innovation projects:

  • Support the design and development of new technologies.
  • Participate in the framing and definition of new solutions (identification of business needs, framing workshops, etc.) with the various teams (Marketing, Training, Business Development, CRM, etc.).

Change management:

  • Participate in the drafting of technology user guides and keep them up to date.
  • Train markets in new projects and support them in their implementation.

Track performance:

  • Monitor launches and analyze key KPIs

Benchmark:

  • Identify retail, online, web 3 or Artificial Intelligence opportunities
  • Identify third-party solutions that can improve the customer experience

Profil

Strong Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and identify actionable insights. Creative Thinking & Problem Solving: An open-minded approach to experimentation, capable of generating novel ideas and addressing challenges from unique perspectives. Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management principles to support ongoing initiatives. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and present findings to stakeholders. Passion for Luxury and Sustainability: A genuine interest in the luxury beauty industry and a strong commitment to sustainable practices. Digital Fluency: Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in enhancing customer experience and business processes. Adaptability & Curiosity: Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to evolving trends. Education: A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, innovation management, engineering, or sustainable development.
