Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position will be responsible for driving the growth and excellence of GUE online business across key digital channels including Naver, and major e-retail partners. This role will focus on optimizing channel performance, executing e-CRM and digital campaign strategies, and ensuring the brand’s luxury image is consistently represented across all touchpoints with region/HQ collaboration.

  • Channel management for E-retail/ Naver channel
  • Develop, and execute online related E commerce marketing plans in line with brand’s objectives to achieve sales target and increase brand awareness.
  • Effective communicate and negotiate with all e-com partners.
  • Manage the target sales for online mall through the strategic plan, contents and promotions.
  • Manage and localize brand contents aligned for each channel environment.
  • Experience and handle all e-com channel work flow based on online customer journey.

Les missions

E-commerce Business management (Planning/ Operation/ Analysis/ Report)

Naver &  E-retailer channel experience is MUST

  • Set on-line sales target aligned with brand’s total sales target
  • Plan and execute online strategy for each different channels and look for new opportunity in e-com industry
  • Implement brand campaign to e-commerce channel with differentiate strategy
  • Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium service and experience.
  • Operate and merchandise brand products based on sales objectives, brand calendar and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
  • Drive sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management with optimizing customer experience
  • Forecast and manage e-com stock and closely communicate with SCM team
  • Handle logistics and delivery issue for e-business monitoring purpose
  • Manage e-com order related system with IT & logistics team
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with retailer MDs, internal stakeholders, and external agency and region & HQ team

 

E-com Performance Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan E-com channel on-site media strategy and execute action for brand awareness and sales
  • Collect and create related digital assets based on brand guide with HQ and region team
  • Monitor trends in competitors’ digital tools, trends and applications
  • Analyze and report digital actions on a monthly basis
  • Communicate & negotiate with digital agency and find out the best customer way to experience brand & drive sales.

 

Strategic communication with region/ HQ team

  • Proactively communicate with regaion/HQ whenever needed about market need, request and alignment, report
  • Follow up global and local e-business projects

Profil

University degree 4~8 years of e-com experience in the cosmetic or FMCG industry Performance driven and strategic though to execute plan Strong communication skills to interact with diverse partners and organization Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English Proactive and positive attitude, team work focused, detail-oriented, passion for the brand Cosmetics industry, interpersonal skills are the must. Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications. Ability to handle multitude of projects and issues at one time
