Description

Guerlain (Japan) is looking for a PR Senior Specialist / PR Specialist. This position will be reporting to PR & Communication Manager and located in Tokyo.

MISSION STATEMENT

  • Define and execute a robust PR strategy that amplifies brand awareness for Guerlain Japan. Cultivate high-quality engagements with brand-aligned Press/KOLs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments (marketing/retail/training) plus HQ PR for flawless execution.

Les missions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PR Strategy

Plan strong PR strategy and execute it in high quality manner to obtain more awareness + reach.


2. Plan and execute PR / KOL Event

(PR Event KPI: quality + # of attendees / KOL Event KPI: quality of post + # of reach + # of attendees)

 

3. Strategy Analysis

Check result after every execution and reflect the improvement to the strategy immediately.


4. Develop strong connections with press / KOLs

(KPI: DMR rank in print, digital, social (+ quality of KOL post) )

 

5. Gain strong PR foundation

Build strong knowledge of PR trends + competitors’ actions and develop required reporting skills.


6. Synergy

Work closely with local + HQ PR members to maximize synergy.

Profil

JOB REQUIREMENTS / REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Education: University graduate Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in PR Language: Japanese, English Action Oriented Creativity/ innovation management Strategic agility, customer focus, drive for results, integrity and trust
