About the role
The HERMÈS WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM offers students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management within the luxury retail industry. By participating in this program, Intern will acquire valuable practical experience in fostering strong client relationships and optimizing operational processes. This 9-month program is designed to cultivate future leaders by integrating practical learning with meaningful responsibilities. Intern will gain a deep understanding of Hermès’ customer relationship management while acquiring hands-on experience in data analysis, client communication, and campaign management, all of which contributing to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
