About the role
The Team: The Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique opened in 1983 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the New York Region. This position will report to the After Sales Service Manager and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity: The primary responsibilities of the Tailor are: the alterations of Hermès merchandise within an established time-frame, helping to maintain client relationships through superior service, and working effectively with other team members within the boutique. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for the San Francisco Boutique by ensuring the proper fit, marking, altering, and pressing of garments.
