About the role
Description
Within the HR Department of KENZO the Talent Development Lead will work in close collaboration with the HR teams of Kenzo, the Fashion Group, and LVMH, as well as operational teams, and will support the evolution of HR practices. He/She will deploy and adapt LVMH and Fashion Group projects related to internal mobility, career management, Next-Gen strategy to Kenzo, and will work on improving internal communication. He/She will lead and implement the Maison's strategic projects related to talent development by coordinating their deployment and supporting teams in adopting new approaches. Reporting to the Maison's HR Director, he/she will work in functional liaison with the Fashion Group's Talent Development Department.
Les missions
Co-piloting Talent Management:
- Lead the Group's "People at Heart" campaign at the Maison level, in close collaboration with the HR team (deployment and animation of the Career Compass).
- Lead OMR (Organization & Management Review) within the Maison: Identify key talents and key positions &, ensuring leadership continuity and sustainability.
- Identify succession plans for key positions, in close alignment with Global HRD and COMEX members.
- Explore all evolution opportunities within the Division and the Group, offering talents the best career prospects.
- Attract the most sought-after profiles, highlighting our culture of excellence and our development opportunities.
Talent Development
- Design the Talent Development Roadmap for Kenzo, considering different talent segemnts, and with a focus on leadership and management development
- Collaborate with the Regions to streamline learning offerings, and provide best-in-class opportunities for career and skills development
- Lead the nominations for LVMH HOUSE programmes, and collaborate with Fashion Group division to allocate and facilitate the right learning for various talent segments
Animation and Support of HR Teams:
- Animate and support the HR team around the Group's HR priorities, helping them achieve their objectives (especially during performance review campaigns).
- Liaise with the Group and Division HR teams, particularly through knowledge and expertise sharing.
Interface with the Group / Division:
- Represent the Maison within the Group's project and mobility committees, echoing their challenges and sharing best practices.
- Ensure fluid and effective communication between the Maison on one hand and the Division and the Group on the other hand.
- Be the central contact point for inbound and outbounds internal mobilities
Talent Knowledge:
- Cultivate a solid knowledge of high-potential profiles in the Fashion sector, both internally and externally.
- Evaluate their potential and skills and ensure structured follow-up to support their development within the organization.
- Develop a network of privileged contacts by participating in events and establishing partnerships with specialized institutions.
