MAIN PURPOSE

The Allocator is responsible for supporting inventory management and allocation strategies throughout the product lifecycle. Through analysis, business insight, and collaboration, this role helps ensure inventory is distributed effectively to support sales, optimize stock levels, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the Allocation Manager, this position supports the Retail Ready-to-Wear and Shoes businesses + Outlets across the United States and Canada. The Allocator works closely with Regional Planning, Merchandising, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Retail teams to support inventory flow and allocation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Monitor inventory performance by category and store, identifying opportunities to improve stock availability and inventory productivity.
  • Execute allocation, replenishment, and consolidation activities to support business objectives and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of assortment, replenishment, and product launch tools.
  • Assist in creating and executing release plans to support product launches across retail stores and wholesale partners.
  • Partner with Planning and Supply Chain teams to support inventory flow and replenishment from Spain.
  • Analyze weekly allocation and inventory performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain allocation reports, identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data visibility.
  • Support the implementation and testing of global allocation and supply chain tools and processes.
  • Partner regularly with Retail teams to address inventory needs, customer requests, and product delivery updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support seasonal launches, business initiatives, and operational projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, or a related retail function.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and retail math; experience with allocation systems and Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.
  • Self-motivated team player with an interest in inventory management and a passion for the LOEWE brand.
  • Flexibility to travel and support business needs, including occasional weekend projects.
  • Available for in-office attendance

The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
