Our Omnichannel department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

Les missions

About your role:

The intern will support the SLGs and Accessories Merchandiser and the wider E-merch team within Omnichannel. This will entail also collaborating closely with Content, Styling, Operations and Traffic/Planning teams aswell.

  • Support the Digital Merchandising team in the day-to-day management and optimization of product presentation on loewe.com.
  • Help monitor product information accuracy across all site locales. Support in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports, contributing to analysis on product performance
  • Assist in extracting and interpreting data to help optimize digital merchandising strategies and onsite user experience.
  • Assist in the operational coordination of digital innovation projects such as:
    • Virtual Try-On experiences
    • 3D product visualization for bags
    • Size & Fit tool
  • Participate in user testing and feedback collection for new digital features
  • Contribute to competitive benchmarking and research on digital trends and best practices in the luxury industry.
  • Take part in product presentations to wider Omnichannel team

Profil

About you: Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Merchandising Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs Internships at LOEWE: You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be from 9am to 6:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays and from 9am to 3pm on Fridays
