Role Mission
As a Merchandiser, SEAO (Contract), you will be responsible for the support of the buy and allocation process. You will get to develop your analytics and commercial acumen by analyzing historical sales data and driving market research. This position reports directly to the Merchandising Director, SEAO.

Responsibilities
- Manage initial allocation, replenishment, and stock consolidation.
- Manage launch plan – check the delivery status of planned items for further discussion with Visual Merchandising team.
- Generate & analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to provide recaps to Management team.
- Responsible for buying (assortment by cluster, product pictures placement in ppt etc)
- Support store opening and prep opening stocks.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of trends, customer behavior, competitor price study and product offer and closely update regional team for product development.
- Partner with merchandising managers to build sales targets (by key lines or strategic groups by country or by stores) and monitor sales.
- Update sales and stock for carry-over/ Permanent items vs. forecast also, re-orders.
- Monitor top sellers and stock by country / by stores.
Profil
Key Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in retail merchandising in leading Fashion/Luxury brands, preferably in Leather Goods. Good product sensibility, especially in LG & RTW & Shoes. Good analytical skills and understanding of retail KPIs with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint. Self-motivated, detail-minded, has sense of initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Informations complémentaires
