We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Specialist who will report to the Payroll & Administration Manager within the HR Operations team.
This role will play an important role in managing the administrative tasks of the employee lifecycle from start to finish, with a primary focus on monthly payroll procedures for our employees in Spain in our Manufacturing Plant.
Les missions
Your role will be:
Administration:
- Manage joiners, movers and leavers in line with internal procedures
- Draft and prepare all required employee documentation from employment contracts to termination agreements
- Manage any relevant administrative requirements with external authorities and bodies
Data Management:
- Maintain employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits and any other relevant data
- Update all relevant records in core HR system and payroll system (when applicable)
- Process and verify time and attendance data for payroll processing
Payroll Processing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Spain
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation components
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations and the proper application of the different collective agreements
- Work closely with relevant authorities to address any payroll-related inquiries or audits
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record maintenance to support compliance efforts
Communication:
- Collaborate with other teams to address personnel administration and payroll-related queries
- Act as an escalation point and address payroll queries from employees when needed
Profil
What is important for the role: Interest in manufacturing context Proven experience as a Spanish payroll administrator or similar role Familiarity with Spanish labor laws, tax regulations Experience using payroll software (ideally Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors or similar) High level of English is a must Skills: Use of payroll software (Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors) Advanced use of MS Office Package Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and work planning skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner Strong analytical and numerical skills Internal customer orientation Knowledge about manufacturing context is desired but not a mustInformations complémentaires
