Our HR Finance & Legal department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team, based in Madrid, Calle Alcala 65. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
Les missions
About your role:
- Support the weekly monitoring of Purchasing and P2P performance, helping track key process KPIs, identify blockers, and improve follow-up dashboards in ERP / Power BI
- Prepare, review and consolidate upload files required to onboard new areas into Purchasing reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting inputs, understand area-specific mappings, and support a reliable reporting structure
- Collaborate with the IT department for the consolidation and ongoing maintenance of data upload files, including the updating of new articles & categorization.
- Support supplier master data and spend reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation
- Support to the strategic buyers of the team (realization of studies)
Profil
Internships at LOEWE: You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays About you: Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Purchasing/Finance Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work, and a high level of accuracy when working with data Strong analytical and organizational skills High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power BI, JDE and Oracle is a plusInformations complémentaires
