As Wholesale Account Executive you will play a key supporting role in driving the success of our wholesale business across EMEA with a strong focus on execution, analysis, and relationship management, independently managing your wholesale account portfolio.

Your role will be:
Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of the commercial strategy for key wholesale accounts. Acting as a critical support function, you will partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, deliver business insights, and ensure brand consistency across markets.
Account Coordination & Support
- Support the Senior Wholesale Manager in executing the seasonal and annual commercial strategy across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate daily communication with partners to ensure service excellence, product alignment, and on-brand execution.
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, VM, Merchandising) to ensure all account needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of each account’s structure, performance, and market context.
Sales Planning & Performance Tracking
- Prepare seasonal forecasts and sales targets to present and review with Senior Account Manager and Wholesale Director.
- Consolidate and analyse sales data (sell-in, sell-out, returns, stock levels) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business reports, including account performance, KPIs, and post-campaign reviews.
- Monitor seasonal pricing, product flows, and delivery timelines to ensure commercial goals are achieved.
Showroom & Campaign Execution
- Lead operational setup and appointment coordination for Market Week in Paris.
- Assist in sell-in appointments, ensuring accurate capture of orders in Centric and alignment with margin and assortment strategy.
- Track order confirmations, deliveries, and any changes post-market to support clean execution.
- Collaborate with the VM team to guide in-store presentation and brand visibility across touchpoints.
Market Feedback & Insights
- Collect and communicate market feedback to internal teams to inform product, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Benchmark key competitors on assortment, pricing, and activation to support competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and ways of working within the wholesale team.
Profil
What is important for the role: 3-5 years of experience in a wholesale or commercial coordination role in the luxury or premium sector. Proficient in Excel, Centric (or similar ordering platforms) and comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight timelines. Deep interest in fashion and understanding of luxury wholesale dynamics Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus. Willingness to travel within the Southern Europe region and to Paris for buying campaigns.Informations complémentaires
