About the role
Description
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
You will proactively reach out to your Clients to achieve individual and team goals.
Les missions
- Client Engagement: Warmly welcome and engage with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Achieve individual and store sales targets by showcasing an in-depth knowledge of Louis Vuitton's extensive product range, including leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty through consistent follow-up, proactive communication, and an understanding of their evolving tastes.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the image of Louis Vuitton by maintaining an impeccable personal presentation and ensuring the store environment reflects the brand's luxury standards.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Korean Language Expertise: Provide seamless and culturally sensitive service to our Korean-speaking clients, translating product information and facilitating communication to enhance their shopping experience.
Profil
Experience: Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of clienteling and service excellence. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with our Korean clientele. Proficiency in English and/or Cebuano/Tagalog is also highly desirable. Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in luxury fashion, trends, and the history of the Louis Vuitton Maison. Sales Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.
