Description
Mission:
- Lead and execute the development of client insights strategies with significant actionable implications for driving LVJ business growth and achieving strategic objectives, elevating strategic planning and 360 client engagement orchestration to ensure every insight drives tangible impact.
- Foster a culture of "Insights to Impact" by delivering high-quality, actionable client understanding across the organization, acting as both a strategic leader and a key contributor, coordinating transversal initiatives from a client development perspective, connecting insights with actionable outcomes.

Main Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation and sharing of advanced, innovative reporting and dashboards across departments to deeply understand our clientele via sophisticated business intelligence tools, thereby elevating strategic planning and driving impact.
- Drive profound insights into client behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns, translating them into strategic recommendations with significant business implications.
- Oversee and actively participate in the analysis of business results (ROI) from various client communications, including client events and campaigns, identifying key learnings and driving continuous improvement strategies that ensure impactful outcomes.
- Guide and oversee the quality and integrity of client data used for analysis, collaborating with data owners to ensure reliable data sources.
- Proactively manage Client Insights function, taking full ownership of all analytical outputs and strategic recommendations.
- Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing client understanding and optimizing client engagement initiatives, always with an eye towards measurable business impact.
Profil
Job Requirements: Advanced Analytical Expertise: Strong statistical background (advanced degree or equivalent) with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable, and impactful insights for all levels, including senior leadership. Strategic & Creative Insight Generation: Demonstrated capability in creative and strategic thinking to enhance client insights methodologies, elevate strategic planning, and drive measurable business impact. Hands-on Project Leadership: Exceptional project management skills, encompassing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of detailed analysis to ensure analytical integrity and excellence. Individual Contributor: Proven ability to effectively operate as an individual contributor. Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI). Bilingual Communication: Business level English (speaking/writing/reading) and Japanese for international collaboration and local engagement. Client-Centric & Influential Communicator: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a highly client-centric mindset and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and articulate clear paths from insights to impact.
