Louis Vuitton will host an invite-only Recruitment Event in order to identify motivated:

• Part Time Client Advisors

• Expert Client Advisors

• Team Leads

• Beauty Stylists

• Team Managers

These exciting opportunities will be based at Tysons Galleria or Tysons Corner Bloomingdale's.

Responsibilities of a Client Advisor and Expert Client Advisor:

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop long term relationships
• Client Development

Responsibilities of a Team Lead, Beauty Stylist and Team Manager include but not limited to:

• Client and Business Development
• Selling, Floor Management and Team Support
• Beauty Stylist: Champion the Beauty category
• Team Manager: Team Management and Development

Profil

As an Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the brand and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. The position requires a high level of story-telling and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must have experience encouraging positive relationships with clients and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and maintain a highly analytical and commercial ability. As a people leader, to be successful in this role you must be commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market, ideally gained within the retail sector. With extensive people leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service, you will continuously strive to exceed our client’s expectations. Given the fast-paced nature of our business, you must have an agile approach to your role and thrive working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
