About the role
Description
We are currently looking for a Merchandising Advisor to join the Product and Visual Merchandising team for 1 year (6 + 6 months) “contrato de prácticas” at our Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey) and reporting to the Product and Visual Merchandising Team.
The Merchandising Advisor provides various support to Regional/Country Product and VM, contributing to the efficiency and optimal day to day operations of the Merchandising related activities. This is accomplished through the timely management of the operational duties, maintaining the relationship between stores, supporting the overall VM activities for product animations and/or launches at store level as well in regional events. Compilation of lookbooks and modelarios and communication with supply chain to push special requests from stores. Re-stocking orders and deliveries, information collection and reporting of VM activities, control and follow up of props competitor analysis reports.
Les missions
SUPPORT PRODUCT ANIMATIONS/LAUNCHES AND EVENT
- Maintain VM calendar PRODUCTS (including products launching calendars, events such as store openings, meetings, regional initiatives, etc.)
- Support Area VMs on function responsibilities as needed to make sure that the priorities on the products are visible and respecting the deadlines.
INFORMATION COLLECTION, PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTING
- Collect information and photos and consolidate reports to be shared with the Zone team, Mediterranean Regional partners and store
- Support building presentations for Product training of the Retail teams
- Additional projects as identified by Product Manager
