Position Overview: Join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program
We are currently looking for a Merchandising Intern for the Client Services Europe based in Brussels, reporting to the Merchandising team. The intern will be supporting our Product Merchandising team and consequently the performance of our 200+ Client Advisors for 17 countries. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next-Gen talent.
Les missions
- Product Animation for the Client Advisors to boost the sales: Assist the Product Expert with stock management, displaying products and preparing VMs on a daily basis.
- Content Creation: Lookbooks, catalogues and WhatsApp content that Client Advisors can share with clients to propose our collections and products.
- Trainings and Learnings: Be the trainer for product group trainings, workshops and daily moments with the teams.
- Communication: Share the latest updates with our Client Advisors and assist in keeping the CSC SharePoint up to date.
- Analytics: Support the team in running weekly data analysis on business performances.
- Agility: Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities, in collaboration with the CSC Merch and Product Expert.
- Collaboration within the Team and with the other teams of CSC including Clienteling, Performance, Training and Communication.
Profil
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field. Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory. Available for a period of six months. Strong command of English. Proficiency in PowerPoint & Ability to create clear and concise presentations for your stakeholders. Clear and effective written and verbal communication, able to articulate ideas and findings. Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details. Proactive, solution-driven and a collaborative team player. Willingness to learn new tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.Informations complémentaires
