MISSION
You will support maintenance operations and cleaning to upkeep the aesthetic, architectural and engineering conditions of the Louis Vuitton Italian boutiques ensuring a high level of client experience. 

Les missions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the stores on their maintenance and cleaning needs, providing immediate actions and solutions
• Coordinate suppliers, manage scheduling, ensure follow up and quality control of works, systems inspections and cleaning.
• Support the Minor works & Maintenance Coordinators in the activities for tenders and agreement drafting (maintenance and cleaning )
• Tracks and analyzes budgets, orders processing
• Support the Minor works & Maintenance Coordinators in liaising with EMEA to implement Store Planning projects (new layout, new furniture…)

Profil

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Engineering field Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance Analytical skills reporting for store maintenance activity and budgets Exceptional communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors Strong prioritization skills Project management skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to operate with autonomy, problem-solving strengths, and team work ethics Good level skills with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
