You bring deep, hands-on payroll expertise in the retail industry, with strong working knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award (GRIA) and Clerks Award. Specifically, you offer:
Proven experience navigating an EBA process — you can hold informed, empathetic conversations about award application and entitlements with employees and people leaders alike
Advanced Excel capability — you think in formulas, models, and pivot tables
Experience with UKG for time and attendance is highly regarded
A background working within or in close partnership with an HR function - not just finance - with an understanding of award interpretation, employee relations nuance, and the EQ required to handle sensitive pay conversations well
Retail industry experience with working knowledge of the GRIA and Clerks Award
