Client Experiences:

- Work with store team to develop and maintain strong clientele.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to store team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold the brand image and ensure all employees represent the brand values and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
