Description
Louis Vuitton seeks an inspiring and strategic Retail Performance & Learning Director for South Asia. This pivotal role is responsible for driving exceptional retail performance and fostering continuous learning and development across the region. You will be instrumental in leading and shaping the future of retail performance and retail talent development across Louis Vuitton's South Asia. This role demands a visionary leader with strong analytical acumen, passion for people development, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all markets & levels to achieve ambitious business goals.
Les missions
Retail Performance & Operations
- Strategic Retail Performance & Operations Leadership: Spearhead analysis of critical KPIs to drive substantial enhancements in operational efficiency and financial performance. Proactively partnering the market on trend analysis and untapped growth opportunities.
- Cultivating a Culture of Retail Excellence: Champion best practices to elevate client experiences, and instill a continuous learning, coaching, and high-performance culture across the retail network.
- Elevating Client Engagement &; Mindset: Lead the strategic implementation of the Maison’s Dare to Delight (client experience) program, rigorously ensuring the achievement of its key performance indicators (KPIs), and empowering retail teams to consistently deliver memorable and positive client interactions.
Retail Learning
- Comprehensive Learning & Development Strategy: Design, develop, and implement region-wide learning initiatives and tailored training programs covering sales techniques, client care, and leadership development.
- Strategic Retail Talent Capability Building: Direct and oversee the delivery of impactful initiatives designed to significantly uplift the performance and core capabilities of our retail teams, ensuring alignment with overarching regional business objectives and global strategic guidelines.
- Empowering Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide dynamic leadership and development to the Retail Learning team, enabling them to partner with retail leaders to drive performance and team development.
Strategic Leadership
- Foster robust collaboration with Country Leadership and diverse stakeholders to meticulously align all initiatives with the broader strategic objectives and long-term vision of the business.
