About the role
Description
The Senior HR manager is required to overview and supervise the HR processes like talent acquisition plans, recruitment drives, people management, employee onboarding and training, employee performance management processes, and all other HR duties. Moreover, he/she will be is responsible for contributing to developing a better and healthier work environment for all employees in an organization. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Les missions
- Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception to completion
- Manage the labor issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
- Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and organize programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
- Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
- Animate all HR projects, both from the perspective of internal communication and any motivational events.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with union representatives to resolve conflicts and foster a cooperative environment.
