Stock Advisor (M/W/D)

Description

We are looking for a Stock Advisor in our Prague store.

As a Client Advisor of Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and your role will be to ensure that every of the clients will be welcomed and accompanied in accordance with this promise.

Les missions

 

• Manage product receipt and restocking operations, as well as the sales plan

• Effectively manage stock levels by coordinating with the supply chain

• Ensure efficient organisation of the back-of-house area

• Manage product transfers

• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to the store’s performance targets

• Manage inventory

• Implement new processes/projects relating to logistics and the organisation of the back-of-house

• Provide sales support and customer service

Profil

To excel in this role, we are seeking a professional with a strong operational focus and a background in retail stock management, with the following requirements: Curiosity, empathy, agility, commercial mindset Strong analytical and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Flexiblity, available to work weekends and public holidays Proactivity and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of Excel and confidence in using IT systems Fluency in English (B2); knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
