About the role
Description
In a context of growing activity and developing agility, the Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate a team (25 to 30 HC) with common and shared objectives of quality, quantity and deadlines, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in force within the warehouse.
Les missions
Manage a Logistics Team
- Ensure team cohesion in a collaborative spirit to achieve common objectives.
- Independently manage a logistics team.
- Establish rules and expected results for the team, both collectively and individually.
- Relay all necessary company information for the proper functioning of the team.
- Report all social issues, individual and/or collective behavioral problems, and actively participate in finding solutions.
- Ensure administrative management related to the team (absence management, overtime, etc.).
- Conduct individual team reviews, provide constructive feedback, encourage and correct when necessary.
Manage and animate performance
- Implement and manage performance.
- Lead shift briefings and order planning.
- Monitor performance indicators implemented in the warehouses (productivity, processes, deadlines, inventory, resources, quality, environment, health and safety).
- Ensure compliance with quality levels and delivery times; implement, if necessary, temporary adjustment solutions to ensure continuity from goods reception to shipment.
- Ensure the updating of various reports and the monitoring of warehouse data.
Organize and plan team activity
- Continuously seek efficiency and progress.
- Define daily workload/capacity for W+1 and estimate and allocate resources to meet warehouse needs.
- Identify continuous improvement actions in processes, organization, or the operating mode of the warehouse and its team.
Ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with procedures during goods reception and shipment.
- Promote quality and address non-quality issues.
- Issue quality alerts when a product is non-compliant in order to implement an action plan with the quality department.
