About the role
Description
This role serves as a pivotal member of the Fashion Global Skill Centre, responsible for managing key projects relating to the region's network core model, ensuring exceptional operational performance, and spearheading technological advancements throughout Asia.
This role is expected to support the Network team in delivering a stable, resilient, and compliant network infrastructure, in line with both LVMH and Fashion division standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
- Drive stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating where required
- Oversee implementation phases, working closely with engineering teams to ensure quality delivery and smooth rollout of network solutions
- Support the standardisation and delivery of IT network solutions across the region, aligning with global frameworks and best practices
- Manage external partners and service providers to ensure operational excellence and adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge sharing to enhance overall project and network performance

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within infrastructure or network-related environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- In-depth knowledge in IT infrastructure including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SDWAN & Zscaler
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regional and global teams
- Experience in managing vendors or managed service providers (MSPs) and ensuring service delivery performance
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to completion
- Good understanding of IT operations and processes (e.g. ITIL, incident and change management) is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels
- Relevant Cisco CCNP, PMP, Cloud networking certification are preferred
