Corporate Communications Trainee, LVMH North America
Location: New York, NY Start Date: June 2026
Overview:
The LVMH North America Corporate Communications team is now accepting applications for the 2026 Corporate Communications Trainee. This trainee program will require you to be in-person at our New York City office at least 3 days per week, working 30 hours per week between May/June 2026 – December 2027.

Les missions
What You'll Do:
This dynamic position encompasses responsibilities ranging from assisting in the ongoing development and upkeep of internal communications and CSR platforms, to actively participating in the production of various employee and employer brand communications assets and initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and possess a deep understanding of digital as well as analytics and analysis. They should demonstrate an ability to build relationships with internal partners, agencies, consultants, publishers, and platforms. We are looking for a natural diplomat who nurtures relationships across all levels of a highly matrixed organization with agility and tact. Liaise with partners, volunteers, and students with the highest level of professionalism, sensitivity, and respect.
Intranet Content Production, Support, & Management
- Support the VP and Director in crafting new articles, community posts, presentations, infographics, and other content across the VONA, Voices of North America digital intranet platform.
- Become an expert of the VONA platform architecture and eventually serve as support for employee training of VONA community managers.
- Facilitate tech support requests with IT support teams in New York and Paris.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor VONA traffic; suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Support the weekly newsletter creation and distribution. Assist in curating an editorial calendar specifically tailored to support employer branding initiatives and the CSR roadmap on the VONA Intranet.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for content generation that aligns with company values and events/initiatives. Contribute to intranet content management by ensuring content freshness and relevance.
- Capture engaging multimedia content at events to enhance VONA's interactivity and engagement.
Digital Communications
- Support the newsletter development process
- Design event flyers and newsletter banners. Set up logistical support for virtual and live events (as support is needed).
- Maintain content calendars and monitor project management flows.
Reporting
- Analyze performance data, track intranet websites and newsletter email metrics, and compile results for quarterly dashboard reports.
- Maintain reports on site and newsletter analytics and CSR reporting results.
Event Logistics & Support
- Assist with and often own department event logistics, including pre-event preparation, vendor/partner/LVMH volunteer point of contact, on-site experience, content capture, and post-event follow up.
Additional Duties
- In collaboration with the freelance graphic designer, create compelling PowerPoint presentations for department and executive communications.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as they emerge in support of departmental goals.
- Help manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, as well as solution providers involved in communications efforts.
