MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

The main objective of the Order Plan Manager is to ensure seamless order processing. This includes collect order forecast and make smart shipping schedule, effective order prioritization, optimizing warehouse replenishment, and timely adjusting shipping strategies during peak periods. Also, it involves seamless cross-functional communication external and internal. And enhance customer satisfaction while controlling costs.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Order Handling: Aggregate online and offline order estimates, design comprehensive shipping plans, establish order priorities, and oversee the punctual shipment of all orders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity Configuration: Quickly adjust wave management and shipping schedules during peak seasons or unpredictable surges to manage increased order volume and sustain service quality.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration & Communication: Foster seamless communication within and outside the team. Act as a liaison between departments, share crucial information, and influence upstream and downstream processes to enhance overall operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Process Enhancement and Cost Efficiency: Continuously identify and drive improvements in order planning and order fulfillment processes, eliminating bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Meanwhile, manage labor costs by make smart shipping strategies and wave management.
  • Efficiency and Data Analysis: Actively do data analysis to analyze order trends, replenishment methods and performance of each process, like picking, packing etc. Prepare regular reports and present key insights to team for data-backed decision-making.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

  • Knowledge at cosmetics industry
  • Working experience with warehouse operations
  • Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Hard working and highly responsible
  • Shop floor people management skill
  • Data analysis and reporting skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Good command of English writing and speaking
