MISSION STATEMENT

Drive strategic sourcing and value creation across indirect categories by partnering closely with business stakeholders, optimizing supplier strategies, and delivering measurable financial and operational impact. Ensure procurement governance and processes are efficient, and scalable to support business growth.

 

ROLE POSITIONING

Following the initial phase of building procurement foundations (processes, governance, stakeholder engagement, and demonstrating procurement value both quantitatively and qualitatively), the role is evolving into a Phase 2 model, with increased focus on:

 

  1. Strategic sourcing and negotiation
  2. Business partnering and influence
  3. Value creation for the organization

Les missions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIE

1) Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation

  1. Own and lead sourcing strategies across key indirect categories (A&P;, IDVM, Retail, IT, Logistics, Aftersales, HRGA, General Expense etc.)
  2. Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation across brands
  3. Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFP, negotiation, contracting) with clear business impact
  4. Build strong business cases and influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level (CFO, COO, Brand GMs)
  5. Drive vendor consolidation and strategic supplier selection

 

2) Business Partnering & Stakeholder Influence

  1. Act as a strategic partner to Brand leadership
  2. Proactively engage stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape demand early
  3. Challenge business requirements and propose alternative, value-driven solutions
  4. Strengthening cross-functional collaboration and procurement visibilies

 

3) Supplier Strategy & Performance Management

  1. Define and execute supplier strategies
  2. Manage supplier performance
  3. Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers locally
  4. Drive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier engagement

 

4) Procurement Governance & Process Optimization

  1. Ensure procurement governance is properly implemented and controlled
  2. Oversee S2P processes (Ivalua) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and data integrity
  3. Drive process simplification, automation, and scalability
  4. Ensure operational activities are streamlined and appropriately delegated

 

5) Procurement KPI & Spend Management

  1. Define and track key procurement KPIs:
  2. Cost savings / value creation
  3. Spend under management
  4. Vendor consolidation
  5. Strategic sourcing coverage
  6. Provide clear, data-driven insights to support business and selection decisions
  7. Enhance spending visibility and support business planning
