About the role
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum 5 years of retail experience
Minimum 2 years of multi-store management experience
(7+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
Travel Retail experience is preferred but not required
KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to quickly analyze key business metrics, and results to identify performance improvement opportunities, and recommend meaningful solutions
Capable of understanding consumer profile through an acute sense of brand and consumer awareness
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective business partnerships
Strong in leadership and in people management,
Experience in managing effective teams,
Ability to work cross level, cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and build strong relationships
Ability to recognize when to be hands on and when to step back and take a coaching/teaching role
Ability to communicate and influence effectively
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands with competing priorities, and allocate time effectively
Must have ability to recognize opportunities and quickly turn opportunities into recommendations

Retail Excellence and Execution
Relationships building with all key retailers down to retail operations team
Team level of execution in terms of sophistication, accuracy, quality of the reports/ execution and attention to detail
Team understanding and knowledge of short and mid-term brand ambition aligned with the brand DNA and heritage
BCs turnover and speed of the Bas recruitment
