Senior Marketing Manager, Lip Lab

REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of Marketing experience with a proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies across all channels (digital & traditional), ideally with a strong background in retail or experiential retail.  You’d bring a deep understanding of specific markets across North America and localize as needed. Strong understanding in managing multi-channel campaigns including digital, social/influencer, media, PR, CRM Data driven approach, with the ability to track and analyze to inform future strategies.  Entrepreneurial spirit a must in this fast paced-ambiguous environment.  Must be a self starter and be able to pivot quickly to business needs.  Collaborative - must be a strong communicator and be able to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams- especially with field teams. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas. Can-do, positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; flexible to pivot with evolving business needs.
