Les missions

Provide support to Director and Senior Manager, Finance and Operations through reporting, analysis, and other related tasks as assigned. This position offers a valuable learning experience and the chance to contribute to various financial projects and initiatives. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, gaining exposure to different areas of finance and enhancing your analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Principal Duties and Responsabilities

  • In partnership with the sales team, build weekly, monthly, and Rolling forecasts reports on Sell-out and Sell-in: wholesales and own boutiques, for both stores and dotcom. Enhance view to build a complete SISO view including inventory.
  • Analyze sell-out by retailer/reference/classification providing monthly selling by retailer, highlighting on hand opportunities and liabilities. Prepare recommendations for inventory optimization based on analysis.
  • Focus on Like-for-like analysis of Sell-out and sell-in.
  • Support quarterly budget sell in planning. Support sell-out planning for each budget cycle. Work closely with the Sales team to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
  • Assist Senior manager for all processes of monthly P&L; closings and build reports to enhance analytical view for both YTD and YTG perspective.
  • Assist in managing budgeting and spend for capex and project-based investments. Review all capex spend and projects monthly with the Operational teams.
  • Be a strong support to coordinate/track weekly EDI order shipping to share with field team.
  • Build smart reports to help management decision, automate and seek AI optimization

Profil

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred 3+ year of experience in Finance, preferably within prestige fragrance and beauty industry Detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, conduct financial modeling, and perform data-driven analysis. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP and =sumif formulas). Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis. Knowledge of corporate finance, investment evaluation techniques, and risk management is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise financial analysis and reporting.
