Account Manager Antwerp
Job Mission
As Account Manager On-Trade, you will be responsible for developing a defined sales area and managing a portfolio of existing and new accounts, with a strong focus on gastronomy and luxury venues in Antwerp. You will drive profitable growth by delivering agreed volume, distribution, and brand-building objectives, ensuring premium execution of the Moët Hennessy portfolio at point of sale.
Through proactive customer management, strong field presence, and effective use of available resources, you will build long-term partnerships, expand our network within the on-trade channel, and contribute to strengthening the visibility and desirability of our Maisons in the market.
Responsibilities of the role
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of on-trade accounts, focused on gastronomy and luxury in Antwerp.
- Maintain and optimize commercial relationships through regular customer visits and day-to-day follow-up.
- Identify prospects and convert them into new accounts, building a strong local network within the on-trade channel.
Sales Execution, Distribution & Visibility
- Implement sales, distribution and brand image plans defined by Sales & Marketing at point of sale.
- Guarantee optimal listings and portfolio presence in targeted accounts, ensuring the right assortment in the right venues.
- Create brand exposure (volume + image) within the area and ensure strong visibility through in-outlet initiatives and support to special events.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare and follow up individual turnover targets; monitor volume development and maintain a high-quality client database.
- Analyze and monitor account performance and profitability versus objectives and budgeted contribution, and propose corrective actions when needed.
Represent Moët Hennessy Benelux during events and trade moments, including the ability to conduct portfolio tastings.
Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Account Management.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of accounts (smaller to mid-size clients).
- Knowledge of the Antwerp on-trade scene, with exposure to gastronomy and premium/luxury venues.
- Ideally Based in Antwerp.
- Strong local network is a plus.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a hands-on commercial mindset.
- Excellent field execution capabilities: structured, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to represent premium brands with professionalism and deliver high-quality tastings and customer interactions.
- Analytical mindset to track performance, profitability and priorities across accounts.
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
