We're thrilled to announce the opening for the Account Manager – Modern On-Trade (MOT) role, reporting to Mot Manager. As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility across assigned on-trade accounts. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, expanding distribution, executing promotional activities, and ensuring strong brand presence in outlets. By developing strategic partnerships and identifying growth opportunities within the market, you will contribute to sustainable business growth and strengthen Moët Hennessy's position within the modern on-trade channel. Your contribution will directly support the achievement of the team's commercial and brand objectives.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

The primary focus will be generating volume & profit growth and increasing brand visibility. Also, it is pivotal to develop and maintain good working relationship with all outlets assigned.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve individual sales target/objective
  • Explore the new outlets and expand brand distribution network
  • Handle purchasing orders and deliveries with Customer service team

Trade Relationships

  • Call on and be responsible for the quality service to major customers assigned by the Manager
  • Maintain an accurate, updated Business Supporter database
  • Evaluate the outlet coverage, call frequencies and cycles constantly and propose to the Manager any changes as necessary

Promotions

  • Propose promotion plan and venue
  • Ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget
  • Ensure individual product promotion, display and merchandising are properly conducted in each outlet
  • Work closely with Brand Managers/Customer Marketing to evaluate methods to improve promotions effectiveness and operational efficiencies

Merchandising & Display

  • Intensify the brand visibility in the outlets through impact and quality merchandising
  • Ensure maximum facings and display of the Company’s core brand at the target ourlets

Competitors’ Business

  • Monitor retail pricing in each outlet and updating the system
  • Monitor competitors’ activities including pricing and placing

Profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…  7-10 years of relevant sales experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment Possessing industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable Good understanding of large brand business Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends, habits and preferences of consumers in Korea Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative Comfortable in bar drinking environment
