Les missions

Financial Controlling & Reporting:

• Monthly Reporting: Participate to the preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly reports to MH Excom and LVMH Controlling Director. This includes detailed analysis of Volumes, Toplines, P&L;, and Mid-month forecasts.
• Overhead Analysis: Participate to the control global MH overhead expenses. Enhance overhead analysis to gain a deeper understanding of structural costs
• Actual Financial Process Coordination: Coordinate “actuals” financial processes and ensure instructions are clearly communicated in MH Finance platform “My Finance Hub” and followed.
• Support the team on the elaboration of forecast process and strategic plan with analysis and elaboration of relevant tools.

 

IT & Tools Management:

• Act as the subject matter expert for the following tools, liaising with IT/ Tool Admin & LVMH for:
  • Magellan (reporting Sharepoint): Manage instructions and user access.
  • Power BI Overheads: Administrator responsibilities.
  • Topaz Overheads Cube expert (consolidation excel add-in).

Ad Hoc:

Support controllers with  Analysis / Ad Hoc studies  for Top Management and /or  other Mh corporate departments.

Profil

Education / Experience MBA or master’s degree in management or finance, controlling or equivalent. A first experience in Finance / Controlling is a plus Excellent spoken and written English & French. Interest in data and IT systems: advanced use of MS Office, Anaplan and Power BI. Personal & interpersonal skills You demonstrate rigor and solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. You communicate efficiently with various stakeholders in a cross-cultural ecosystem. You are autonomous, proactive, organized, results driven and meet deadlines. You know how to handle confidentiality
